Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years experience
*Develop and implement processes, procedures, or guidelines and methods to improve efficiency and productivity in a specific area
*Ensuring compliance with all rules and notifying management of any violations
*Conducting assessments of existing procedures to spot areas for development
*Establishing new policies, procedures, and protocols for current programs, or altering existing ones
*Training staff on new or updated processes to ensure effective implementation
*Analyzing data to identify trends or suggest improvements to processes
*Coordinating with other departments to ensure that information is accurate and up to date
*Communicating process changes to all affected parties such as customers, suppliers, vendors, employees, etc.
