Job Description
Flatworld Solutions (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a dedicated Process Trainer to lead engaging training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess over two years of experience in a BPO environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining training schedules, developing curricula, updating manuals, and conducting refresher training sessions. It is essential to ensure a safe training atmosphere while adhering to the organization’s standards.
This is a full-time position located in Davao City, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php30,00.00 to Php33,00.00. Evening, late, and night shifts are available. Additional benefits include provided staff meals and a 13th month salary.
