Job Description
We are currently seeking a Process Trainer to join our team in Mindanao. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new employees to ensure they understand and adhere to our company’s processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the industry are preferred.
- Conduct training sessions on company processes and procedures
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Create training materials and update existing resources
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs
