Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Process Trainer with a USRN license and clinical hospital experience to join our team at GGIS GLOBAL. The ideal candidate will have a background in BPO healthcare, specifically with UMR processes, and will be responsible for training healthcare professionals in a night shift setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare staff
- Utilize clinical expertise for hands-on training
- Assess training needs and customize programs
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments
- Collaborate with management on training goals
Qualifications:
- Valid USRN license in New York
- Clinical hospital experience and knowledge of patient care
- BPO healthcare experience with UMR familiarity
- Proven ability in training program development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
