Job Description
IT Managers Inc is seeking a skilled Process Transformation Specialist to lead Continuous Improvement Programs. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree, hold a Certified Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma certification, and have at least 4 years of experience in the financial, banking, or insurance industry.
Responsibilities include identifying process bottlenecks, supporting initiatives, and driving process improvement. Proficiency in data analysis and strong analytical skills are essential.
This position offers a hybrid work setup and a competitive salary of Php90,00.00 – Php110,00.00 per month, along with benefits.
