Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate exam application process for clients.
- Manage inquiries through various channels.
- Coordinate application forms and submissions.
- Update clients on application status.
- Monitor progress and deadlines.
- Process exam registration and scheduling.
- Send exam results and instructions (optional).
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business or related field.
- Customer service or back-office experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and customer service-focused.
- Typing Speed: 40 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo 15-day training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site work in Davao City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php12,00.00 per month
