Job Description
The Data Processing Officer/Processing Specialist is primarily responsible for the end-to-end documentation, processing, and coordination of the service requirements in IPASS. Tasks include encoding, updating records, database maintenance, client communication, and progress monitoring.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- Customer service or back-office background
- Good verbal and written communication
- 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Willingness to undergo 15-day training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to working in Davao City
Responsibilities:
- Initiate exam application process
- Handle inquiries
- Submit applications
- Update clients and databases
- Monitor application progress
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
