Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The staff will report to a Team Leader and is required to process all assigned tasks flexibly across various applications (servicing and imaging systems). Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and basic MS Office knowledge are essential.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include determining loan parties based on documentation, updating the system of record, reviewing requests via MSP tasks or emails, and handling various documents. The role also involves sending packages and coordinating with internal business units.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Graduates in any field are eligible to apply.
WORK SCHEDULE: Mid shift; no travel required.
