Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Processor. As a Processor, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Enter data into the system with utmost precision and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
