Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Proctoring Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a Proctoring CSR, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising test-takers during examinations to maintain a secure and fair testing environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally. Previous experience in customer service or proctoring is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
