Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Accounts Payable processes
- Monitor and assess process performance
- Process pre-coded invoices
- Ensure proper accounting of invoices daily
- Index invoices for processing
- Process payment transactions
- Analyze vendor statements
- Manage Payment Posting Process
- Process cheque payments
- Review electronic expense reports
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate/undergraduate in Accountancy, Business, or Finance
- Strong background in Procure to Pay/Accounts Payable (6 months experience)
- Amenable to full RTO and night shifts
