Job Description
As a Procurement and Sourcing Manager at Felcris Hotels & Resorts Corporation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring a reliable supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare contracts, negotiate terms, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Manage the procurement process, budget, and cost-saving targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments, lead the team, and present procurement reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: Php33,00.00 – Php37,00.00 per month
Benefits: Company events, Health insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday, On call
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
Experience: Procurement and Sourcing Manager – 3 years (Required)
