Job Description
Review and analyze requisition for equipment and supplies and place orders with external vendors.
Prepare purchase order.
Conduct research as necessary to locate sources for supplies.
May advise & assist department in the selection of supplies and equipment.
Administer contracts, assuring that terms & condition are met within specification.
Perform related procurement activities as assigned.
Enter requisition & manage data within the app system.
Ensure that information is accurately entered into the system and follow proper procedure for formatting & security data.
Prepare comprehensive Excel report tracking schedule of goods & P.O.s.
Award and administer purchase request through completion. i.e. ordering, verifying, receiving.
