Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares delivery receipt (DR) and routes document for signing
- Follows up on the schedule of delivery with suppliers
- Canvasses items based on the request of the warehouse for production
- Routes documents required for signing and approval of PO to suppliers
- Faxes/Emails Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers
- Assists in coordinating with suppliers regarding PO requirements and undelivered items
- Maintains filing of delivery receipts, invoices, and other pertinent documents and records
- Coordinates with suppliers regarding issues and concerns
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Banking and Finance, or other related courses
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in Production Operation (advantage)
- Knowledgeable in vehicle parts (advantage)
- Adept in people handling skills
- With effective communication skills
- Organized and can submit reports on time
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Can start as soon as possible
