Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining supplier relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
Main responsibilities include reviewing requisitions, negotiating with vendors, tracking deliveries, and maintaining procurement documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of procurement software is preferred.
