Job Description
- Accepts requisition from internal offices and network of schools
- Reviews all supporting documents of requisition requests for correctness
- Sends request for quotations to suppliers
- Prepares canvas report for approval of director
- Prepares purchase orders for internal customers
- Updates the Materials Requisition Form (MRF) for internal customers and DLSP network of schools
- Prepares request for payment for suppliers
- Follows-up with supplier regarding delivery schedule
- Organizes the bidding process for purchases amounting to Php 250,00 and above
- Prepares bidding and canvassing collaterals such as invitation to bid (ITB), request for evaluation, etc
- Coordinates technical evaluation in collaboration with school IT
- Negotiates with the winning bidder for the final price
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php16,500.00 per month
