Job Description
Supports all functions of the procurement department and assist the procurement head in sourcing, negotiating, coordinating and monitoring of deliveries and payments of goods and services needed by the company.
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS:
- Continue to find new suppliers and contractors that will fulfill the company’s needs.
- Coordinate with end-users regarding requirements specifications and scope of works.
- Negotiate all purchases of goods and services with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Generate proper tabulation of offers for commercial and technical review.
- Generate purchase orders for issuance to suppliers for delivery of goods.
