Job Description
Is responsible for receiving requisitions, updates the Receiving Report in the system, receives all statement of account from the supplier, and prepares all necessary attachments e.g. Purchase Order, Requisitions, Canvass, Receiving Report and Statement of Account. The incumbent shall be assigned to handle procurement of non-technical and non-construction of goods and services.
