Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining inventory levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the procurement team in supplier evaluation and selection.
- Assist in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet demand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
