Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and supervising purchasing department activities.
- Preparing equipment, services, and supplies purchase plans.
- Following company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and approving products and services.
- Maintaining accurate purchase records and inventories.
- Updating supplier information and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Requirements:
- College Graduate
- 1+ years experience as Procurement Officer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php15,00.00 per month
