Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review and assess contracts and billings of subcontractors.
- Evaluate material requests and negotiate supplier terms.
- Source new suppliers for competitive pricing.
- Procure materials that align with project specifications and budget.
- Monitor material purchases and deliveries to the site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for project bidding and contract preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in cost estimation and contract administration.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift
