Job Description
TAPServices Inc. is seeking a motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and negotiating with suppliers to build strong partnerships. You will manage all aspects related to purchase orders, track delivery, and maintain ERP documentation. Additionally, you will oversee international shipments to ensure compliance with regulations while monitoring procurement costs, supplier performance, and product quality. Collaboration with finance and operations teams will be essential to optimize procurement activities.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, have strong negotiation skills, and experience with ERP systems (preferably Kingdee).
This position is permanent, offering a competitive monthly salary of Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00. Employee benefits include additional leave, promotion opportunities, company events, and pay raises. Please note that this role requires in-person work.
