Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring the efficient purchasing of goods and services for our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
- Negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues or disputes that arise.
- Monitoring inventory levels and implementing inventory control measures.
- Collaborating with other departments to determine procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of procurement processes and excellent negotiation and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
