Job Description
Global Visions Events and Marketing Network Inc is seeking a Procurement Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and approving products and services for purchase.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining supplier information and fostering good relationships.
- Researching and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Requirements:
- College Degree in business management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
