Job Description
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the sourcing, canvassing, negotiations and procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, and services in accordance with set standards. He/she provides support in the implementation of Purchasing Section’s programs and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any engineering course
- At least 2 years work experience in engineering procurement and/or civil works
- Good negotiation and communication skills; computer literate;
- With knowledge in import/export rules and regulations, taxation;
- With knowledge in purchasing
