Job Description
You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:
- Three (3) years solid working experience in Procurement handling end to end Strategic Category Management.
- Demonstrate excellent planning, analytical, and detailed oriented Outstanding negotiation skills
- Knowledgeable in category management – Facility Services, Marketing, IT
- With knowledge and experience in any ERP System
- Computer literate (advance level in Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:
- Contribute in the development and implementation of sourcing and supplier selection strategy
- Identify and assess potential opportunities, develop business cases and present recommendations to the organization to build support for sourcing initiatives
- Perform spend analysis of supplier data, organizational spend, project data, and assess total cost ownership to identify savings and general sourcing opportunities
- Build key relationships with both suppliers and the internal teams
- Work closely with suppliers and negotiate the best deals for the company
- Implement supplier agreements/contracts with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions
- Full compliance of Procurement activities based on HC procurement policies and guidelines
- Responsible in evaluating vendors based on price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical support
