Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process for our organization. Your main duties will include identifying and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
- Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their offerings, and negotiate contracts.
- Review and analyze purchase requests to ensure compliance with company policies and budget.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
