Job Description
Landers Superstore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Produce Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel management, production planning, inventory control, and sales analysis.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality and freshness of all produce products.
- Prepare weekly and monthly production plans.
- Monitor inventory and conduct bi-monthly checks.
- Schedule preventive maintenance for all machines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2-3 years supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
