Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Work closely with product development and customer service teams to implement changes based on customer feedback.
– Collaborate with product development teams to optimize product performance and address any performance issues proactively.
– Leading and managing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
– Developing and implementing strategic quality assurance plans aligned with organizational objectives.
– By working closely with product managers, developers, and customer experience teams, the Head of Product Assurance ensures that quality is embedded in every stage of the product life cycle, from development to delivery.
– Monitoring product quality and performance, and reporting these metrics to senior management, ensures transparency and allows for quick action to be taken if issues are identified that could impact customer satisfaction.
– Proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with product quality and compliance helps prevent issues that could lead to customer dissatisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product, or delivery or quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Previous experience in the fintech sector or related industries.
Experience with superapp platforms is a significant plus.
Demonstrable success in implementing programs, improving product quality.
