Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to develop new products and implement innovative enhancements within an industrial setting. The successful candidate will lead product development initiatives by collaborating closely with the Central Recipe Management Team to execute compliant formulations, manage industrial trials, and maintain accurate documentation. Responsibilities include evaluating and refining factory recipes to ensure adherence to product compliance standards, overseeing raw material specifications for infant formula, and coordinating compliance-related matters across departments. Additionally, the Specialist will identify and spearhead process improvements aimed at reducing operational costs while enhancing product quality and safety. This role also entails providing essential technical support and training within the manufacturing department.
