Job Description
The jobholder is responsible for the development of consumer loan products that are competitive and profitable while maintaining compliance to regulatory and credit policies. The Product Manager develops and maintains product manuals covering all aspects of each product, including product benefits, market environment, and competition, target market, pricing and profitability, distribution channels, resource requirements, marketing, and promotions. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With at least 5 years of solid work experience in a consumer lending business or any related business with a strong background in handling product management, strategic management, and financial and business analytics.
- With marketing and analytical skills preferred.
- With proven experience in guiding individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Has experience in developing action plans to improve product take-up and increase market share.
