Job Description
- Bachelors Degree graduate relevant to Business, supply chain management or Industrial Engineering
- Develop and implement a sourcing strategy for the product, identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of components or materials while optimizing costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements related to product sourcing, understanding technical specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, managing the vendor selection process, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product decisions.
- Ownership of category, KPI’s, development of marketing strategies and compliance.
- Lead interdepartmental teams to clear roadblocks to keep stakeholders.
- Organize, track and consolidate reports using various technologies.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, aligning it with the strategic objectives of the organization, and incorporating considerations related to sourcing and supply chain management.
- Conduct cost analysis and cost-benefit assessments for sourcing decisions, evaluating the total cost of ownership and identifying opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
