Job Description
Maxicare Health Services Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for patients using the Prima Card. In this role, you will assist patients with inquiries, process payments, verify patient information, and manage clinic services associated with the Prima Card. Your efforts will ensure optimal patient experiences while adhering to the Data Protection Act and preparing relevant reports.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, demonstrate strong computer proficiency, and exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Fixed term (12 months) | Salary: Starting from Php20,00.00/month | Schedule: 8-hour shift | Language: English (Preferred)
