Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designs and implements training curriculum for dealer sales professionals.
- Sets training program KPIs and evaluates effectiveness regularly.
- Communicates with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Seeks innovative training methods and manages costs efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have at least 3 years of sales and customer service training experience.
- Basic technical knowledge in commercial vehicles is required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven with creativity and proactive approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php23,00.00 per month
