Job Description
Product Specialists play a crucial role in promoting and training PCC Medical Products (3M), nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving product growth targets and promoting products to key accounts
- Conducting product demos and training sessions for end-users
- Communicating customer concerns to the team and ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Providing coaching to sales representatives for product knowledge enhancement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php21,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Benefits include additional leave, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
Schedule: 8-hour Day shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary, Commission pay, Performance bonus
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience: Sales/Medical Sales: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification: Medical Course (Preferred)
