Job Description

SEA Olympus Marketing is now hiring for a PRODUCT SPECIALIST (Quality Assurance) for Mandaue Main Office.

Product Specialists are in charge of research and development. They handle all possible tasks involving safe and excellent product delivery, unbiased technical audit, and making easy to understand explanations of our products to customer questions and concerns.

Specifically, you will:

• Conduct trainings to equip warehouse team on basic standard QC Parameters.
• Attend to concerns from warehouse team about our product and equipment situation (e.g., received from suppliers, returns from customers, request for replacement… etc.).
• Conduct experiments on SOMI Products for internal projects with engineering and facilities team.
• Perform product demonstration of products to customers.
• Update and complete documentations for all product-related activities.
• Monitor and maintain product’s quality and check for discrepancies.
• Audit projects and submit reports.
• Maintain client relationships and business partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or any related field.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have outstanding relationship building skills.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must have the ability to master details like product specifications.
• Plus points for those with significant work experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
