Job Description

Position: Product Specialist

Location: Philippines

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Organize and execute sales presentations to medical groups and healthcare facilities.
• Understand and convey complex medical information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and ensure they have the latest information on products.
• Regularly attend company meetings, product launches, and presentations.
• Stay informed about the activities of healthcare professionals and institutions in their area.
• Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products.
• Develop strategies to increase the company’s market share in their territory.
• Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and create reports for submission to the company’s management.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data and research, and discuss these findings with healthcare professionals during presentations.
• Work with team members to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.

Job Specification

• Has Specialist coverage experience in key hospitals such as Davao Doctors Hospital and Southern Philippines Medical Center
• Has experience in handling hospital inclusion process, including dealing with the Therapeutics Committee
• Has a strong science background and can understand/ communicate the technical details of innovative products
• Has strong salesmanship with good track record of sales performance
• Has good communication and interpersonal relationship skills to engage various Specialties relevant to the organisation
• Willing to do outbase coverage within the Mindanao region
• Preferably with experience in Ophthalmology, Oncology, and Dermatology coverage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
