Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends for revenue generation.
- Establish pricing strategies for new product development.
- Obtain customer feedback and suggest product revisions.
- Coordinate in product development with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Recommend product enhancements for new opportunities.
- Support marketing team with sales strategies.
- Conduct product and sales trainings for marketing.
- Provide support for marketing materials and tradeshows.
- Assist in new product introduction activities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market dynamics.
- Address customer issues for satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Sales.
- Experience with mid-level managers.
- Knowledge in material handling equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel with driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
