Job Description
The Product Specialist will be reporting to the Senior Product Specialist.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Conducts product presentations and demonstrations, including client training
- Programs and troubleshoots machines
- Researches competitors’ products
- Communicates with suppliers for updates and issue resolutions
- Evaluates defective products and provides after-sales service
- Assists Marketing Representatives in closing deals
- Collaborates with Service Engineers for machine operation
Qualifications:
- BS Medical Technology graduate (fresh grads welcome)
- Knowledgeable in laboratory machine principles
- Willing to learn and travel nationwide
Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM.
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
License/Certification: PRC license (Preferred)
Willingness to travel: 25% (Required)
Expected Start Date: 04/29/2024
