Job Description
The role is responsible for the quality of customer implementations of the client’s platform and solutions. This will be the primary support contact for accounts. This will guide customers to getting maximum value from their investment.
The principal objective is to continuously increase the engagement of customers in the product
The scope includes the complete lifecycle of the customer, starting with the initial platform deployment and continuing through to solution deployment and customization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Continuous learning of the product’s new features and solutions.
- Monitor and interact with the new customers and confirm they are successfully in the platform on-boarding process and targeted milestones are on target to be met.
- Provide hands-on support during initial system setup, including user account creation, permission configuration, and system customizations.
- Review, recommend, and promote the platform’s solutions.
- Monitor and interact with the new customers and confirm they are successful in the solution on-boarding process and targeted milestones have been met.
- Conduct an introductory session to familiarize customers with the solution’s features, functionality, and best practices.
- Upgrade of services to the latest versions as released or required.
- Manage ticket life cycle by analyzing and responding to it.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate to customers (verbal and written)
- Exposure with documentation tools – able to create clear documentations
- Previous experience with product support role – B2B SaaS
- implementation and customizing solutions
- MS Power Platform experience is a HUGE advantage
- Having active Microsoft qualifications is also an advanta
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php65,00.00 per month
