Job Description

SUMMARY

The Product Support Agent I will communicate with customers via phone, chat, and/or email inquiries requiring assistance with RealPage software products. Agents quickly respond, diagnose issues, record in CRM tool, and aim for high First Call Resolution rate or escalate to Tier 2.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Call center experience desired
  • Familiarity with office software

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Single Family housing preferred
  • Minimum 30 wpm typing skills
  • Flexible schedule, including graveyard shift
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
