Job Description
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Product Support Analyst to join our APAC Shift team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver outstanding customer service and technical support to our clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting product issues, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve product performance.
