Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Support Analyst. As a Product Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers regarding our products. Your main goal will be to resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance through various communication channels.
- Identify and analyze customers’ technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex product-related problems.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software products.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
