Job Description
- Respond to client concerns promptly.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and the development team, effectively communicating technical issues and requirements.
- Document and track reported issues using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with end-users.
- Participate in product development and enhancement.
- Can work independently and within a team.
- Must have a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Trustworthy.
- Possess analytical skills.
- Experience in providing product support is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in Software QA is preferred.
