Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Product Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. Your main duties will include troubleshooting product issues, assisting with product inquiries, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
Key qualifications for this role include strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our products and services.
