Job Description
We are seeking a Product Trainer to design and deliver clear, engaging training for customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, leading instructor-led workshops and webinars, creating user manuals and e-learning assets, and measuring learning outcomes to drive product adoption.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product training or customer success
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Instructional design experience and proven ability to create learning materials
- Skilled at translating technical features into clear user benefits
