Job Description
We are seeking a Production Planning Supervisor to manage daily planning activities, forecast and refine customer demand, and create a rolling three-month production plan for assigned areas. The role includes production control and scheduling, capacity assessment, cross-functional coordination with sales, operations, and supply chain, inventory management to meet schedules and on-time deliveries, inventory optimization, and leading process improvements and policy implementation.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience; at least 2 years in plastics/injection molding preferred.
