Job Description
DIVERSYS SPECTRUM Products Inc. is the EXCLUSIVE manufacturer of OXYPLAST-Protech Powder Coatings and PAINT PRO Liquid Coatings in the Philippines. Our powder paints, liquid paints, and specialty coatings are found in various industries such as industrial, construction, architectural, and manufacturing sectors, both in the Philippines and overseas.
We are currently looking for a Production and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our production operations. Some of the main responsibilities include supervising production and maintenance personnel, planning and directing production operations, and monitoring and appraising job results. The successful candidate will report to our production plant in Binan, Laguna, located at 11 North Main Avenue, Laguna Technopark, Binan, Laguna.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Related experience in the same field is required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Knowledge in People Management and the ability to lead.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work extended hours.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and direct production operations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce operating methods and procedures to improve product quality.
- Provide leadership, management, and motivation to achieve high levels of employee achievement and retention.
- Communicate job expectations, monitor and appraise job results, and provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as necessary.
- Develop and recommend improvements to facilities, equipment, or procedures to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php32,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Experience:
