Job Description
● Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate to the employees.
● Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and approval and preparing schedules.
● Oversee and coach employees.
● Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
● Check production output according to specifications.
● Submit reports on performance and progress.
● Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
● Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
● Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Maintains professional and technical.
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● Studies the plan & cutting list.
● Provides guidance to all production departments when deemed necessary.
● Ensures high quality of workmanship for all production departments.
● Counter-checks packing list of each project accurately and completely.
● Ensures all deliverables will be prepared in a timely manner.
● Responsible for monitoring training for new hires. Can also stand-in as Trainer. Setting standards to new hires.
● Holds weekly meetings to discuss delivery schedules, timetables, fabrication concerns. Wins & setbacks.
● Other related duties and tasks as needed and required by the Department being supported.
● Participates in the implementation of department and company initiatives and strategies.
● Responsible for motivating the project team, as well as resolving team conflicts.
● Any other related task assigned by the Management.
