Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain management, with a preference for experience in global supply chain.
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of production planning, demand and supply, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in English, with fluency in either Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and thorough, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- CIE, CPIM, CSCP, or other relevant supply chain-related certifications are a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct capacity planning assessments and identify potential bottlenecks or constraints
- Track and verify the progress of critical tasks to ensure timely completion
